Acceptance of terms

By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Age restriction

This site and its referral service are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a request, you represent that you are at least 18.

What this service is -- and isn't

St. George Elite Pools is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners in the St. George, UT area with independent, third-party pool cleaning and equipment-repair companies -- we do not clean pools or perform repairs ourselves. Utah does not issue a specific contractor license for pool service/maintenance work; always verify any general contractor license and insurance directly with a provider before hiring. We do not build, remodel, or resurface pools, and we do not match requests for that work. We do not guarantee the price, timeline, quality, or insurance coverage of any company we connect you with. Utah's Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) has no license classification covering pool cleaning, service, or equipment repair -- the only classification that touches pools, S330 (Landscape & Recreation Contractor), covers new construction and installation only. Always verify a company's general liability insurance and relevant certifications directly -- see how Utah licensing actually applies to this trade before hiring. Any agreement you enter into for pool service or repair is solely between you and the independent company; we are not a party to it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We research and source the cost figures, licensing information, and technical guidance we publish, but prices, regulations, and equipment change, and we do not guarantee their accuracy for your specific pool -- verify time-sensitive figures with the company quoting your job. Troubleshooting guides on this site describe checks a homeowner can make with equipment powered off; you are responsible for your own safety and for deciding when to stop and call a professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. George Elite Pools is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any company referred through this service.

SMS program terms

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages from St. George Elite Pools related to your service request -- for example, confirming we received it or telling you which company will be calling. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, and opting out of texts does not affect your ability to receive a phone call or use this site.

Consent given at submission names the receiving business -- St. George Elite Pools and the independent company (or companies) we match you with. If your request is later matched to a different provider not named when you submitted it, we will obtain that provider's own consent before it sends you automated marketing messages.

Phone calls and call recording

By providing a phone number, you consent to be contacted by St. George Elite Pools and matched independent companies about your request, including by phone, which may involve autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts consistent with applicable law. Calls to our tracked number may be recorded -- Utah is a one-party consent state for call recording (Utah Code § 77-23a-4; see our Privacy Policy for how a recording disclosure is given on the call). Consent to be contacted is not required to obtain pool services generally, but it is necessary to use this referral service, since we can only connect you with a company if one can reach you.

Third-party matching

St. George Elite Pools connects you with independent, third-party pool cleaning and equipment-repair companies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, pricing, scheduling, or work quality of any company we refer. Any dispute regarding work performed is between you and that company.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request, not to submit requests on behalf of someone who hasn't asked you to, not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The content on this site -- including text, cost data compilations, troubleshooting guides, and design -- is owned by St. George Elite Pools or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
